Francesca is an award-winning creative director, strategist and copywriter. Throughout her career in fundraising spanning over 20 years, Fran has been a trustee for HIV/AIDS charity Crusaid and produced creative for many of the UK’s leading charities.

Tim has been involved in the direct marketing industry for over 25 years and has extensive experience across all communication channels, having worked with a range of different businesses involved in fundraising, database marketing, insight, analytics, online marketing, print, print management, fulfilment and creative services.

Abi’s experience covers a range of marketing disciplines including brand development, audience insight, acquisition, retention and loyalty programmes. As a charity marketing specialist, her portfolio of experience includes individual and regular giving, raffle, membership, product development, legacies and in-memory giving, as well as fundraising events.

Jonathan has unique experience of delivering Paid and Organic Search campaigns over fifteen years for large businesses as well as dynamic start-ups. A specialist in web marketing strategies for enterprises and high growth companies, with experience of implementing cutting-edge Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for most industry sectors – including consumer goods, finance and travel.

Over the last 6 years Camille has developed national and pan-European marketing campaigns for blue chip clients. She has extensive experience in customer relationship marketing, loyalty programmes, database marketing, email marketing, direct mail, data management and marketing planning.
